A closed case, and the A* student who won’t let it go.
Five years ago, schoolgirl Andie Bell disappeared, presumed to have been murdered by her boyfriend Sal Singh. Case closed. The police know he did it. Everyone in town knows he did it. But smart and single-minded Pip Fitz-Amobi isn’t so sure and she’s determined to prove it. Teaming up with Sal’s younger brother Ravi, Pip leads the quest to clear Sal’s name and unearth the real culprit – maybe even finding Andie in the process. But if Andie is dead and Pip is right to believe Sal is innocent – that means the real killer is still out there… How far will they go to keep Pip from the truth?
